Refund policy

We're confident in the quality of the products we make and sell. If you have an issue with your product, we'll do our best to take care of you as we believe in long-term relationships with our community.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your product to us in new condition for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. We ask that you cover the return shipping. After 14 days, the sale is final.

If you find a manufacturing defect when you open the product, send us a message within 14 days of delivery. We'll send you a return label and quickly send you a new replacement once we've received your return.

Orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded minus a 3% credit card processing fee.

This return policy does not apply to our made-to-order or custom products (i.e. HFA Dahlia Headphone, HFA headphone cables). Once your order is placed, it’s sent to the production queue and the sale is final.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For our hand-made products, we offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that affect the normal operation of the product. Examples include failed solder joints, amp connector defects or cable crosstalk issues. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or problems from abuse.
