The SONIC LOCK™ headphone cable system (patent pending) is comprised of two main components: an amplifier cable and a headphone adapter. It was designed for enthusiasts that need a quick way to swap between their headphones and amps. Our goal with SONIC LOCK™ was to empower the audio community to listen to more of their gear more often in a fast, reliable and easy way.
SONIC LOCK™ uses industrial-grade push/pull locking connectors that seamlessly snap together and stay together. The connectors are IP50-rated keeping out dust and debris and are rated for 5000+ mating cycles compared to the 1000 mating cycles of standard audio connectors like Mini XLR. Weighing only 12 grams and 9mm thin, the connector won’t add significant bulk and weight to your headphones.
We’ve run a closed Beta test with our community and have accumulated more than 1000 hours of testing to ensure SONIC LOCK™ will hold up in a wide variety of conditions and environments.

Less Copper
The overall design greatly reduces the amount of copper cable you need to accommodate a collection of headphones and amplifiers compared to a modular system that uses pigtail amplifier interconnects. This makes your setup clean and uncluttered.
Here’s an example of a common three (3) headphone / one (1) amplifier SONIC LOCK™ setup using less than half the copper of a pigtail interconnect system.
