We’re confident in the quality of the products we make and sell. If you have an issue with your product, we’ll do our best to take care of you as we believe in long-term relationships with our community.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your unused, unopened product to us for a refund minus a 5% restocking fee. We ask that you cover the return shipping. After 14 days, the sale is final.
If you find a manufacturing defect when you open the product, send us a message within 14 days of delivery. We’ll send you a return label and quickly send you a new replacement once we’ve received your return.
This return policy does not apply to our made-to-order or custom products (i.e. HIFI Headphone Cable). All sales are final for our made-to-order products or custom orders.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For our hand-made products, we offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that affect the normal operation of the product. Examples of this include failed solder joints, amp connector defects or cable crosstalk issues.
